The clam management advisory committee (CMAC) convened at 7:00 p.m. on March
19, 2003 at the Virginia Marine Resources Commission. There were only three (3)
committee members present, not representing a quorum. The agenda items were
discussed. However no votes were taken, nor were any motions made.
