Public Notice: Recreational Saltwater Free Fishing Days 2005

Pursuant to Section 28.2-302.5 (B), I hereby designate June 3, 4, and 5, 2005 as Free Fishing Days. During this period, no Saltwater Recreational Fishing License required by Section 28.2-302.1 will be required. This exemption shall not apply to headboats, charterboats, or rental boats.
