Public Notice: 2008 PROTECTIVE SHELLFISH ENCLOSURE SITING NOTICES
REGULATION 4 VAC 20-1130-10 Et Seq.. and
Section 28.2-603.2 of the Code of Virginia provide an opportunity for public
comment on proposals to place protective shellfish enclosures on leased ground. The following notices are posted by date; the
comment period for each notice is as is specified below for each individual
siting notice. Please check with The Fisheries Division at
